A special performance by SOCAR Türkiye for the 100th anniversary of the Republic and the 100th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev's birth: Bir Asrın Destanı

SOCAR Türkiye celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye and the 100th birth anniversary of Azerbaijan's National Leader Heydar Aliyev with a special dance performance at AKM on December 19. The "Bir Asrın Destanı" performance emphasized the struggle, friendship and brotherhood of the two countries.

SOCAR Türkiye, Türkiye's largest integrated industrial group, celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye and the 100th anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev, the National Leader of Azerbaijan, with "Asrın Destanı" dance performance held at the Atatürk Cultural Center on December 19. In this magnificent performance, a story was told emphasizing the long-standing unity, friendship and brotherhood of Türkiye and Azerbaijan, who speak the same language and have the same cultural heritage.

Asrın Destanı, took the audience back to the past by showing the wars in which both countries fought shoulder to shoulder, the brave, sacrificing, patriotic peoples, the Turkish raids that started with migration from Central Asia, and the struggles of two Great Leaders. The dance show showcased the glorious history and cultural richness of the Turkish states, especially Azerbaijan and Türkiye.

In the show, which brought together the Consul General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Istanbul Narmina Mustafayeva, senior state officials, representatives from the business world, special guests, SOCAR Türkiye employees and members of the media, 80 dancers took the stage and took the guests on an unforgettable journey for 90 minutes.
