In line with the responsible employer qualification we have adopted, we take human rights as a guide in all of our business processes, from the production stage to supply chains and customer relations. The principles outlined in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions form the basis of our corporate values. We strive to spread an inclusive, equal, transparent, and fair approach that protects and develops human rights among our employees and external stakeholders.

We believe that supporting the diversity of ideas within the organization will improve the creativity of our employees.
