SOCAR Türkiye Collects Awards from Stevie Awards, the International Employer Award Platform
SOCAR Türkiye achieved great success at the Stevie Awards 2024, one of the world's most prestigious employer awards.
At the 2024 Stevie Awards for Great Employers, we won the gold award in the “Strategy for a Corporate Learning University” category with our Sabancı University Mini MBA program, which we implemented within the framework of our continuous development and learning focus, and the gold award in the “Learning & Development Strategy” category with our Internal Training program, We once again proved our leadership in internal development and innovation by receiving the gold award in the “Thought Leadership” category for our From Idea to Publication program, which was launched to help our colleagues write and publish articles related to their areas of expertise, and the “Achievement in Internal Communications” award for our exemplary Internal Communications activities.
At the 2024 Stevie International Business Awards, we made a name for ourselves in the international arena by winning the gold award in the “Career and Workforce Readiness Solution” category with our GEN-D Program, which we launched to create a digital generation within the company; the silver award in the “Career and Workforce Readiness Solution” category with CPD (Continuing Professional Development), our continuous professional development process that aims to improve employees' knowledge, skills and competencies in their chosen field; and the bronze award in the “Corporate Learning/Workforce Development Solution” category with our comprehensive leadership development program Leadership Factory.
These prestigious awards, which make us proud, once again emphasize the importance we attach to employee development and innovative projects at SOCAR Türkiye, while also confirming the strength and success of the steps we have taken towards becoming an employer at global standards.
