Book “A Practical Guide to Project Finance” Prepared Under the Leadership of SOCAR Türkiye Launched at Baku Higher Oil School

The launch event for the book “A Practical Guide to Project Finance – Principles, Practices and Case Studies,” prepared under the leadership of SOCAR Türkiye, was held at SOCAR's Baku Higher Oil School.

The book, prepared through the joint efforts of international legal and financial experts and SOCAR Türkiye's experienced staff, with academic contributions from Koç University, was launched in Türkiye, Istanbul a few days ago. With the launch event in Baku, SOCAR Türkiye aims to transform its knowledge base in project finance into a reference source that meets international standards, setting an important example for the region. The event also aims to contribute to the development of SOCAR Baku Higher Oil School students' professional perspectives by enabling them to learn from real projects.

This comprehensive study, which concretizes project finance theory using the example of the STAR Refinery, one of SOCAR Türkiye's strategic investments, was prepared using the real-world experience of the STAR Refinery.
