SOCAR Türkiye Board of Directors Meeting Held in Istanbul

SOCAR Türkiye Board of Directors meeting was held in Istanbul on September 27, 2024. The meeting was attended by SOCAR President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOCAR Türkiye Rovshan Najaf, members of the Board of Directors and members of the Executive Committee of SOCAR Türkiye.

At the meeting, which was held in the context of SOCAR Türkiye's sustainable growth strategy, innovative projects and sector leadership vision, the projects carried out in SOCAR Türkiye and growth targets were comprehensively evaluated.

At the meeting, where the activities of SOCAR Türkiye and group companies were discussed in detail, strategic developments, issues in perspective and the company's future targets were discussed. In addition, comprehensive presentations were made on the company's operational performance, financial structure and the efficiency of integrated business models. Global trends in the energy sector and SOCAR Türkiye's strategies in the light of these trends were also discussed at the meeting.

In his speech at the meeting, SOCAR President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOCAR Türkiye Rovshan Najaf emphasized Türkiye's critical role in the energy sector and highlighted the importance of SOCAR Türkiye's investments in this field.
