Millenicom wins the “Best In-House Wi-Fi Internet Award

Millenicom won an award for the “Best In-House Wireless Internet” at the WBA 2022 Industry Awards. The awards are given to recognize innovative and successful applications.

Millenicom, one of the companies in the SOCAR Türkiye Group, Türkiye’s largest industrial holdings corporation, was recognized with an award for creating the “Best In-House Wireless Internet” at the 10th Industrial Awards for 2022 organized by the Wireless Broadbank Alliiance. The awards are based on the criteria of technical innovation, business innovation, and the customer experience.

The assessment made by the Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) revealed that Millenicom had achieved an 87 percent improvement in Ambeent patented spectrum optimization and remote access point construction technologies as well as in basic Wi-Fi performance.

Millenicom continues to invest in technologies that will create the best customer experience and in so doing, the company has partnered with Ambeent to provide customers with maximum speed and high-quality internet services. Integrating its technologies with mobile applications, Millenicom is able to detect problems customers are experiencing without their having to apply to the call center so that the necessary improvements can be made and solution advice can be provided.
