That's why we launched the GEN-D (Generation Digital) Program in June 2022. We included 25 colleagues selected from all our company units in a nine-month digital competence development program.

The GEN-D Program entirely focused on competence development, includes intensive practical training such as data literacy and design thinking, seminars by experts shaping the sector and technological developments, technology-oriented events and field visits. Through this program, we nurture digital champions from every department and position these colleagues as the driving force behind corporate-level transformation. With the GEN-D program, we were honored with a silver award in the competence development category at the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards, considered one of the most important awards in the business world in terms of education and development. As a pioneering force in the industry, we integrate digital transformation into all our processes and guide other industry components.
